Dive-In Panels is a global online market research company and is a proprietary panel of Divergent Insights through which it conducts all its surveys and rewards its panelists in the form of incentives.

It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit to our website and while participating in a survey. This privacy statement would also give you a detailed understanding about the way your information is processed after we receive a consent from you. Sale or Bankruptcy:

If Divergent Insights decides to reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party.

Unsubscribe:

If you choose to end your membership with or to require us to cease processing your personal data, you may automatically discontinue your membership by clicking on Unsubscribe after logging-in to panel member site. We would need two to three business days for processing of this change. As an alternative, you may send an Email directly to india@divergentinsights.com requesting to be removed. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Confidentiality and Security:

Divergent Insights take adequate steps to help protect your personal information, however you acknowledge that no company can fully prevent security risks and we do not under any circumstances represent that the website is free from any harmful elements including but not limited to viruses, spywares, cancel bots, Trojans and such application which may be placed on the website without the knowledge of the Company, however the Company shall take all necessary and reasonable steps mentioned below to ensure that the website is free from the above mentioned programs. In pursuance to the GDPR regulations, we would be necessary steps (as per GDPR clause) to ensure that your data is safe and secure while it is with us. In case if your data is being shared with any third party then you would specifically be made aware of the names of such third party to whom your data is being shared after receiving an explicit consent from you. Children's privacy: Divergent Insights does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.
